• Service refers to the Website or the Discord bot of Rolex.
• Terms of Service / Terms means this agreement governing your access to and use of the Service.
• You means the individual using or accessing the Service, or the organization or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing the Service.
• Discord refers to Discord Inc. and its platform, which is a third-party service not affiliated with Rolex.

By adding Rolex to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Rolex bot and website for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, or copy, any part of the Service without permission.
• Use automated tools to spam or abuse bot commands.
• Impersonate Rolex staff, support agents, or other users.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Rolex Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with Rolex are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict your access to the Rolex Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or are misusing the Service.

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.
